Measurements are also approximate due to how the previous owner has handled the tie, it may have stretched slightly or shrunk if it has been washed.

Damage & Breakages
If your parcel looks like it is damaged, please ensure you comply with the following to ensure I can issue a refund for the damaged item.
Please check your parcel for outer obvious damage, give the parcel a gentle shake to establish if you can hear any broken pieces inside.
PHOTOGRAPH the parcel, it is imperative that you photograph any damage, you must also photograph the parcel showing the label, clearly showing both your address and mine.
USPS will not accept an insurance request without these.
Once you have carefully opened the package, again, photograph the damaged item and the loose pieces, in-situ, do not take the pieces out of the original packaging at this stage.
Once you have done this, and you feel you need to include more photos, carefully take the items out and photograph them again.
In some instances, USPS will require you to take the parcel to a local USPS Office, but generally the item MUST come back to me. I will cover the cost of the shipping for this.
I will handle the claim, and issue a return label, once the item is back with me, I will issue a refund, assuming all requests have been actioned.
I realize that this is or can be a nuisance, you don't get the item you paid for, and I lose the money and the item, so please let's work together to make sure the winner is not USPS.
