PETITE SUITE ÉROTIQUE EN CAMAIEU.

Collection "ABISAG", Paris, MCMLXII [1962]

1 volume in-4 (29 x 19,5 cm), 34 feuillets non chiffrés dont 12 illustrations à pleine page et quelques lettrines et ornement. En feuilles, sous couverture muette de papier rouge avec chemise étui (passé au dos, bords frottés). Intérieur en excellent état, bien complet.

ÉDITION ORIGINALE.

Ces 13 poèmes érotiques ont été publiés en 1962. Le justificatif du tirage annonce 10 ex. avec 1 dessin, 10 ex. avec 1 calque et 1.950 ex. numérotés, ainsi que quelques hors-commerce.

Cette édition a été réalisée pour un groupe de bibliophiles, le texte a été entièrement composé à la main (on notera de nombreuses coquilles), les illustrations fac-similé de lithographies originales ainsi que les lettrines imagées et dessinées par lartiste. Lartiste, tout comme lauteur des textes, nont pu être identifié.

Le colophon un prochain titre à paraître dans la même édition :Dix verges rustiques(divers jeux rustiques) à la manière de Joachim du Bellay. Nous ne trouvons aucune trace de ce titre dans les bibliographies usuelles. Il na probablement jamais paru.

Notre exemplaire est numéroté au composteur sur 5 unités (00444) ce qui laisse supposer une numérotation fantaisiste. Cette édition clandestine na dailleurs très probablement pas été tirée à 1.950 ex. comme indiqué, au vu du peu dexemplaires quon peut rencontrer sur le marché.

La mise en page, le format, le nombre dillustrations ainsi que le texte nous font penser à un ouvrage similaire intitulé"Divagations érotiques"(Losfeld, 1955).
