Returns: Returns must be approved prior to items beingshipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns willbe charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and returncharges). Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (example“New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components/accessoriesincluded in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must beprovided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. Wewill not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra chargesmay apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
Damaged items: If item(s) arrivedamaged, please contact us right away. You will be required to provide picturesfor insure claims. The following pictures will be required:

·Box (overall and any damage to box)
·Close up of shipping label
·All packing material (bubble wrap,foam, paper, cardboard, etc)
These pictures are required for usto submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. If you cannot provideALL of these pictures, you will not be issued a refund.
