In case of lost or stolen mail: We will give refund only AFTER we receive refund from post office.
We do not sell to 3rd party warehouse buyers and we DO NOT put item numbers on outside of parcels!
About our items: Most of our items are vintage or used...and may have signs of wear and age. We describe our items as best we can but we ask that you, the bidder ask all questions BEFORE you bid/buy.
Our refund policy:Occasionally we have missed something with an item...in those cases we have always and will always, work with the buyer, but we will report any abuses to the security center.
PLEASE follow through with full payment within 3 days. After 3 days, if we have not received payment or contact from you, a non-paying report will be filed with and item will be relisted.
About payment & shipping: We ship M-F and try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment.
We ship most items with a delivery confirmation and will always have available a receipt that your item was shipped.
