Un vrai bon pauillac que ce second vin au bouquet expressif, fruité, floral et finement boisé, avec de la fraîcheur et une bonne présence tannique en bouche.

Ch. Lynch-bages : Le vigneron

Le nom de ce cru associe celui des négociants irlandais propriétaires au XVIIIes. et celui dun hameau situé aux portes sud de Pauillac. Son succès résulte, depuis les années 1930, du travail continu de trois générations de Cazes : Jean-Charles, André et Jean-Michel. La part de ce dernier, qui a passé la main à son fils Jean-Charles, est essentielle. Sa réussite est liée à la qualité des vins, nés dun vaste vignoble de 100 ha.
