The flower center has a facet Cut Ring Neck and features hobstars and diamonds; the underside of the vase is deeply cut all over. I believe the vase is MARKED on the bottom on the inside but the mark is not clear enough to photograph. Libbey made this pattern beginning in 1896. The flower center is hand cut on a very fine quality blown white water blank. I do see minor chips/flakes and one nickel-size area on top outer rim that has been repaired---hard to photograph; by its nature of being old, it is not "dead mint" or perfect, but the vase is one worthy to display---and priced accordingly! I will bubble wrap and box carefully for shipping.
