Some of the items I have never seen before and I am sure will be of great interest to the private social history archive collectors as well as museums alike.


This is an official programme printed for the Visit of Her Royal Highness Princess Henry of Battenberg to Scarborough on July 28th 1903.

This is the Official Programme for Unveiling of the statue to the memory of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria, opening of the Town Hall, Unveiling of Roll of Honour with the Names Of Scarborough Men who volunteered for Service in the South African War.

H.R.H. Princess Henry of Battenberg was Queen Victorias 5th daughter, as well as her youngest child, Princess Beatrice. Born in 1857 and died in 1944. She married Prince Henry of Battenberg in 1885. Whilst in Scarborough the Royal couple unveiled various plaques and statues etc.



There will be VERY FEW of these programmes around.

Condition report:Normal signs of age and use wear, mostly on the edges and corners.
There is a split up the spine.
There are some areas of discolouration.

It measures approx. 9 and 3/8 inches x 6 inches. The pages are not numbered inside.
